3.    Orders and Payment
3.1 Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
3.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
3.3 Payment Methods: We ONLY accept payment via bank transfer or cash. Full payment is to be made before any vehicle or product is released.
3.4 Late Payment: any late payment will incur charges daily as well as any legal fees if necessary to cover cost of late payments
3.5 Deposits and Cancellations:
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required for all remapping services.
For all other work, a deposit proportional to the size of the job is required, as communicated at the time of booking.  
Cancellations made with less than 14 working days’ notice or after parts have been ordered will incur a 20% handling and restocking fee. Any custom/bespoke orders are non refundable and are exempt from any cooling off period or no fault return policy.
 
4.     Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Area: We ship products to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
4.2 Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the product and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
4.3 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight and dimensions of the products ordered. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout or agreed prior to shipping.
 
5.     Returns and Refunds
5.1 Non-Faulty Items:
Notification Period: You must notify us of your intent to return a non-faulty item within 14 days of receipt.
Return Period: The item must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of £30.00.
Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
5.2 Faulty Items:
Notification and Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to notify us of a fault and return the item.
Condition: The item should be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included, if possible.
Shipping Costs: We will cover the cost of returning the faulty item.
 
6.     Warranty
6.1 Manufacturer Warranty: All products and services that include the fitment of products come with the manufacturer’s warranty, which guarantees that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period specified by the manufacturer.
6.2 Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required to claim warranty services.
6.3 Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by external factors.

20.   Use of Workshop
20.1 All customer are not to enter the workshop and to remain within the designated waiting area, any customer who does enter the workshop is unauthorised and does so at their own risk.
20.2 use of key drop off and key safe collection are used at entirely customers own risk. DubDocShop only accept responsibility if keys are handed to a staff member. If customer uses out of hours key safe collection DubDocShop cease all responsibility of keys when placed in safe.
20.3 Customers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting their vehicle upon collection and prior to leaving the premises. Any damage, faults, or discrepancies must be reported to our team immediately. Once the vehicle has left our care, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or issues that may be identified later. By taking possession of the vehicle and leaving the premises, the customer accepts that the vehicle is in satisfactory condition. For any damage claim to be processed we would require photographic evidence of the vehicle before the damage occurred and after and therefore strongly recommend to all customers that photos are to be taken of any vehicle that is left in the custody of dubdocshop. If the customer is unable to take photos the customer is to speak with a team member who can take photos of any vehicle before the customer leaves any vehicle with us.
20.4 DubDocShop will not be held responsible for any third party loss or damage that occurs to any vehicle including but not limited to theft, damage, fire, natural disaster including but not limited to storm, flood, hail.
20.5 Any warranty work is to be completed at DubDocShop’s work premise and any recovery costs are to be covered by the customer. Any loss of earnings due or courtesy vehicle is the responsibility of the customer.
20.6 Any old parts removed from a vehicle that is being worked on within the workshop, will become property of DubDocShop upon removal and will be disposed of. If you require old parts leaving in your vehicle please make this known at either time of booking or when dropping the vehicle off.

20.7 We must advise it is illegal to remove any emission control devices or increase the exhaust noise limit on vehicles permitted to drive on public roads in the UK, and most other countries around the world. (Please check the rules and laws relating to this in your country.)
Any parts supplied, or work carried out by DubDocshop Ltd would be strictly for off road use. This means we can not accept any responsibility for vehicles being driven on public roads where removal of emission control devices is prohibited.

If carrying out this work at our workshop, we would not be able to road test afterwards and the vehicle would need to be trailered away from our premises

 
21. Use of Vehicles
21.1 Any DucDocShop vehicle that is driven by a customer is to have a specific insurance policy with the vehicles registration to be specified within the policy.
21.2 All insurance policies used against DubDocShop vehicles are to be fully comprehensive and cover the full vehicles value including any modifications to said vehicle.
21.3 Any DubDocShop vehicle driven a customer is the customers responsibility to ensure they have the correct license to drive the vehicle and are familiar with the controls and features on said vehicle.
